How do I make a booking on your site?
All tee times on our website are booked in real time. Exceptions include Golf with Transportation packages
Cancellation Policy
All Hawaii Tee Times bookings will incur a 15% processing fee if cancelled. Cancellations made within 24-0 hours prior to confirmed tee time are NON-REFUNDABLE. Waikele Country club is NON-REFUNDABLE within 48-0 Hours.
Exceptions - NO-SHOWS are NON REFUNDABLE. Groups of 12 or more are NON-REFUNDABLE within 7 days. Rain Checks: All rain check policies are determined by the golf course.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Changing Tee Times
Our team members are on hand during regular office hours Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm Hawaiian Standard Time, or 8am - 2pm on Saturday and 7am - 3pm on Sunday to assist you.
Forms of Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Diners, Discover, American Express, Apple pay, Google pay, Amazon pay and Paypal. All payments are made to Hawaii Tee Times.
SMS / Text Messaging
When you provide your mobile phone number during checkout, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Hawaii Tee Times related to your booking. These may include:
- Booking confirmations
- Tee time reminders (approximately 24 hours before play)
- Cancellation and refund confirmations
- One-time verification codes when you request to cancel or reschedule a booking
Message frequency depends on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with any third party for marketing purposes.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@hawaiiteetimes.com / 1-877-465-3170. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rain Refund Policy
In case of bad weather, call us to see if the golf course is open for play. If the golf course is closed on your scheduled day of play we can reschedule or fully refund your money. As long as the golf course is open, you are expected to play. It is your responsibility to inquire as to the rain refund policy at each course. In most cases, the course will issue a "rain check" if you are unable to complete your round.
Golf Attire
In general, resort wear is expected. Spike-less golf shoes are strongly recommended and collared shirts are required at all times for men. Shorts are acceptable; however, courses with strict dress codes expect shorts to be at least 16" in length. Please do not wear jeans, cut-offs, tank tops, or sneakers. For women, we recommend golf shoes with socks, collared shirts, and slacks, shorts, or golf skirts.
Single Players
Most golf courses will not allow single players. In general all single players will be paired up with others to make a threesome or a foursome.
