• Answering Customer Calls
• Booking Golf/Tours/Activities
• Having Concierge Style Service
• Sending Emails, Updating Social Media
Job Requirements
• A Love for Hawaii
• Positive attitude
• Computer skills (Proficient in Word, Typing, Excel)
• Excellent Phone Etiquette
• Flexible Availability -- Schedule Includes Week days, Weekends, & Holiday Shifts
• Willingness to Try Activities Such as Zip Line, Scuba, Kayaking etc.
• Ability to Travel to Outer Islands for Day & Overnight Trips
• Attention to Detail
• Interpersonal Skills
• Must live on Oahu
Preferred Qualifications
• 1-2 years Hawaii Tourism Experience
• Knowledge of Golf & Golf Operations
• Knowledge of Hawaii Golf Market, Hospitality, Tourism & Public Relations
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
