How do I book a tee time?
Simply search your desired course, select your preferred time, and complete your booking online in seconds. All tee times on our website are booked in real time. Exceptions include Golf with Transportation packages
What does my tee time include?
Discounts on your Golf Tee Time, Range Balls (most courses) Shared golf cart and use of practice area. (Some courses also include bottled water)
Do I need to call the course to confirm my booking?No, once you receive your confirmation email, your tee time is secured.
Can I book for a group?Yes. You can book for multiple players during checkout. For larger groups or events,
contact us directly for concierge support.
Pricing & Payments
Are your prices the same as booking directly with the course?
Our rates are competitive and often include exclusive access, preferred tee times, or bundled experiences not available elsewhere.
When will I be charged?
Payment is collected at the time of booking to secure your tee time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple pay, Google pay, Amazon pay and Paypal.
How much can I save with Hawaii Tee Times?
Your price will be 10%-50% lower than regular golf course rates.
Do you have a booking fee?
Absolutely not! There are no fees to book online or call one of our golf specialists. Our rates are also less than booking directly with the course.

On the Day of Play
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your tee time.
Do I need to bring my confirmation?
Yes, show your mobile confirmation.
Are rentals available (clubs, carts, etc.)?
Most courses offer rentals. Details are listed on each course page or can be arranged in advance.

How do I reserve?
You have two options: 1) go to www.hawaiiteetimes.com and book online or 2) call our toll free number and one of our golf specialists will take your booking over the phone.
How many players can I reserve for?
Hawaii Tee Times can take bookings for either singles, twosomes, threesomes, foursomes or large groups.
Can I book for 9 holes?
We only book one course for 9 holes on Kauai, Kiahuna. All other islands do not offer a 9 hole rate.
How do I book a Junior Rate?
We do not offer Junior rates, if you have a junior playing with you, please only book for the total number of adults, but choose a tee time that has space for all players including the junior. Right before you check out there is a notes/comments section, please let us know here that you have a Junior player and their age, we will then make the reservation for them too together with your group, but you will pay the junior fee at the course when you check-in for your round.
How do I book a Non-Golfing Rider?
You do not need to make a reservation for a rider ahead of time, when you check-in at the course just pay the non-golfing rider fee directly to the course.
Changes & Cancellations
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by course and will be clearly shown before booking. Some tee times may be non-refundable.
Can I modify my booking?
In many cases, yes. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll assist based on the course’s policy.
How do I cancel my booked golf tee time?
To cancel your booked tee time please call us toll free at 1.877.465.3170 or email us using the
Contact Us Form.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellation Policy. All Hawaii Tee Times bookings will incur a 15% processing fee if cancelled. Cancellations made within 24-0 hours prior to confirmed tee time are NON-REFUNDABLE. Waikele Country club is NON-REFUNDABLE within 48-0 Hours.
Exceptions: NO-SHOWS are NON REFUNDABLE. Groups of 12 or more are NON-REFUNDABLE within 7 days. Rain Checks: all rain check policies are determined by the golf course.
What if I need to postpone my trip?
Should your travel plans change, and you need to reschedule your trip, instead of cancelling and incurring the automatic 15% processing fee, consider putting your order on hold until a later date.
As long as your scheduled tee times are outside the non-refundable cancellation window, we can place your order on hold, your funds stay attached to your current order(s) and you can use this credit for your new selection of tee times once you are ready to rebook your vacation. This credit does not expire.
Can I refund my Gift Card?
Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards have no expiry date.
What if I want to change my tee time, is there a fee?
There is no fee if the change is made before the cancellation period (see above).
What if it rains?
As long as the golf course is open, you are expected to be there. Golf courses appreciate that no one wants to play in a downpour or to play in dangerous conditions and they have great leniency in that regard. For a casual, passing shower or brief delay, there is no leniency. Rain checks are offered according to each course policy.
